The awards dinner is semi-formal, so collared shirts and dress slacks are appropriate for men and cocktail attire is appropriate for women.
Yes, there is a small room block available for the dates leading up to the conference. Please reserve early to secure the rooms you need.

The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is about a 25 minute Uber ride to Disney Coronado Springs Resort.
